How would I put a single point sling through my chest rig?

As Phridum already said it goes over everything - but if you run a plater carrier you have the option of threading the sling through the molle and shoulder pads of the vest. Depending on the weight of your primary this will help will prevent the sling from sliding around and rubbing your neck or shoulders raw - it can distribute the weapon weight more evenly over both your shoulders and back. Attaching the weapon to the PC does limit weapon mobility.
