Answer EACH question above is not mandatory in your INTRO. It's a template.

These questions are helpful in gauging how much experience a player has and how to answer their questions: in very basic for newbs or if they're experienced, we get straight to the details. Or age to roughly gauge maturity and lie experience. It is also helpful in getting to know what kind of games a person has attended is or if somebody is recruiting for new team members in their general area.

The photo is important because while we all value our personal security, since airsoft is a game of honor, it's important to know the person who may be your opponent or team mate on the field by sight. We don't know (nor often care) what a person's real name or occupation is but we want to know if they have a reputation for honest play.

When people can hide behind anonymity, whether it's covering their face with a mask, or using a cartoon icon, or a photo of an actor as their avatar, it makes it too easy to act falsely. When mature individuals can recognize each other face-to-face it encourages honesty. It's still no guarantee they won't cheat or write BS but in our years of experience, it's a step in the right direction.
